Instructions:

Brew 3 shots of espresso or make a strong cup of coffee.

Place 1 cup of ice cubes into a mason jar with an airtight lid (or a cocktail shaker).

Pour the brewed espresso (or coffee) over the ice cubes.

Add brown sugar and cinnamon to the jar.

Secure the lid tightly on the jar.

Shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds, or until everything is well combined, frothy, and chilled. Set aside.

Add another cup of ice cubes to a tall glass.

Pour the brown sugar shaken espresso over the fresh ice. (You can use the mason jar lid to strain out any leftover, slightly melted ice, but feel free to include it if your glass is big enough.)

Pour in the oat milk.
