Brenda

One of our dedicated owners, Brenda, hails from Fountain, SC. As the daughter of a preacher, she lived in various places as her family followed their calling before eventually settling in Taylorsville, NC. It was there that she met Oz, and together they have been running the show at Oz's Jewelers for over four decades. Brenda and Oz now reside in Conover, NC, where their passion for jewelry and commitment to their community shine through in every aspect of their business.

Brenda has witnessed countless jewelry trends come and go, yet her enduring love for diamonds and pearls remains steadfast. Her extensive knowledge is complemented by her AJP (Accredited Jewelry Professional) credential from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), reflecting her deep expertise in the field.

A true morning person, Brenda brings boundless energy and joy to our team, especially in the early hours. She starts most days at 5 a.m. with a walk alongside her walking group, the “Conover Queens.” Her enthusiasm and positive spirit make her a delight to be around, setting a cheerful tone for the day.
